Juan Garcia

Bio

Coach Juan Garcia enters his second season as a defensive coach for the Lawton Chiles High School Timberwolves football program. Originally from Yonkers, New York, Garcia was a multi-sport athlete at Gorton High School, where he competed in football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. His diverse athletic background helped develop the competitive mindset and team-first approach that continue to influence his coaching philosophy today.

After relocating to Tallahassee, Garcia became actively involved in youth athletics, coaching and mentoring young athletes across multiple sports. Through his years of youth coaching, he developed a passion for teaching fundamentals, building character, and helping players reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Garcia joined the Chiles High School coaching staff prior to the 2025 season and has quickly become a valuable member of the Timberwolves program. Known for his energy, dedication, and ability to connect with student-athletes, he is committed to helping build a culture of accountability, discipline, and excellence within the program.
